Shipping and timing

Everything is made to order in San Diego, so there is a short wait before anything moves.

How long it takes

Pieces are made and shipped within 3 to 5 working days. Sets take a little longer because more of them have to be finished at once, usually 5 to 7 days.

You get a tracking number the moment the label is made, not when the parcel is collected, so there can be a day where it exists but has not moved yet. That is normal.

What it costs

Shipping inside the United States is a flat $6, and free on orders over $75. Canada is $14. Everywhere else is $22.

International orders can attract duties on arrival. Those are set by your country and we have no way to pay them in advance.

Where we ship

Worldwide, with the exception of anywhere our carrier will not insure. If checkout will not accept your address, send us a message and we will usually find a way.
